Sad
but true, in 2005 we were forced to relinquish our original great name
because of trademark and
legal implications.
Over the years many bands around the country have tried to copy our show
and even to this day there are still other bands that continue to perform
and use our original, and now illegal, name.
We
are even aware
of agents who continue to actively promote such bands using our former
name and who continue to encroach on our
territory.
We even know people who have been so upset turning up to gigs only to find
a completely different band using our former name and ended up so
disappointed by what they saw.
Let one thing be known, we may have had to relinquish the name but we
still remain the OFFICIAL
and ORIGINAL.
We now call ourselves
